History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Neega took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
