Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Heward was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Slave Trader. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tailor. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her old friends
