History: Gifted from a young age, Althaea studied abroad. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Crown-heir. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Tricking is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Tricking lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tricking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tricking. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ribbles embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Ribbles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ribbles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
