History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. His black hair is still thick. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
