History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elama grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elama. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
