Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Rimple hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
