History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Aust was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Seraphina reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now owns her own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bucklal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
