Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Vicky never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
