History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Sun took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Valanthe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
