She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Dell and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and retire the richest woman in the south
