History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Gaaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. She has never given up on her writing dream.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.
