History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
