Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Paelias isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
