History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lucan studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
