Description: An older man who wears a white vest and prefers brown and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. A true patriot, Kûga would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Kûga took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: He wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed spear, just in case. He carries with him a set of spears on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gruk never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
