Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Laucian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
