History: Miles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Armorer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: Whurdred is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Whurdred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: She is in excellent shape and tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Nogu enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Nogu was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
