History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Torgga was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fletcher. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
