Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears tattered old clothes. Her brown fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His crest, while still mostly bronze, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
