Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she tends to wear a violet poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is brown and curly. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Margery was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and balancing her hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

Description: 3'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is silver and very short. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Zook was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears bulky black painted plate armor. Her red crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Daar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Guard but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
