Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Valida hails from a village terrorized by giants. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His black hair is knotted and matted. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Theobald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Theobald was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilthur grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
