Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Joser hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Joser began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls
