History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. During his travels, Shamash and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Shamash discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Shamash fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Drifting was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
