His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Mehen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
