History: Theobald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: 5'7" and muscular, this eastern woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, blue shirt, and brown tie. Her brown hair is lengthy. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Kabbarg's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kabbarg grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kabbarg. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
