History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Painter for the past few years.

She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
