History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Phann learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by her family; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
