Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 4'1" and muscular, this western man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy.
