Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the south. After coming to the age of reason, Kathra took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a scimitar on her belt. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dee isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dee fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
