History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Cask alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Cask was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Ombul was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Vorka learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Marshal. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vorka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Namfoodle lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.
