Description: An older man who wears a green armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his black eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Valafar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Shipwright mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing a long, tan cloak, and is pretty ugly. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.
