Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Perra was born with her father's beautiful face. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she's looking for her big break
