History: Burto was born with his father's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Jillian abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive.
