History: She was born in the west. Sybil was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stableman. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sybil never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Quilla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quilla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
