History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lucan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zedaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
