History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Trym lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trym. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Marshal, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he feels kind of lost in life
