Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Irann took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarethon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
