Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Erky and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His gold crest is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Salasar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Salasar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Melissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
