Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He stands about 6'8" and usually wears his black robe and has his flail always slung over his shoulder. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His chestnut hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
