Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Cloak was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Emmeline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Locksmith, but she got bored and became a Courier. She became a Courier soon after.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
