History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has money and likes to spend it
