Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'5" and very much looks the part of a Miner. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Miner. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Emmeline lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miner. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
