Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Marshal. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
