History: Tricking lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Born in the west to a Butcher, Surina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Surina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Surina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
