History: Fax was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up work as a Layabout and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
