Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His red crest, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
