Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This woman has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born into a rich family. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a violet coat. She has a hunchback. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Avelina liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'11". He wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed spear, just in case. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A true patriot, Baern would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
