Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norûk does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Norûk was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is content

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. She is baby faced.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her old friends

His skin is also unnaturally pale. His tied-back hair is golden. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult
