History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Rathkran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born into a rich family. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
