History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. A true patriot, Stacee would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
